The Training menu is used by training co-ordinators to monitor training needs, organise courses and assign staff to them.

 

This menu is only available if you have Admin or Training Coordinator access to Thoosa.

 

What tasks can I carry out using the Training menu?

 

Monitoring Training needs 

  • identifying competencies for which there is an imminent training requirement

 

Planning Training Events 

  • selecting providers, courses and dates for training events
  • identifying staff in need of training and assigning them to training events

 

Monitoring planned Training Events 

  • identifying planned events requiring action
  • validating training


Reviewing past Training Events and attendees
