The Training menu is used by training co-ordinators to monitor training needs, organise courses and assign staff to them.
This menu is only available if you have Admin or Training Coordinator access to Thoosa.
What tasks can I carry out using the Training menu?

- identifying competencies for which there is an imminent training requirement
Planning Training Events
- selecting providers, courses and dates for training events
- identifying staff in need of training and assigning them to training events
Monitoring planned Training Events
- identifying planned events requiring action
- validating training
